Our policy lasts 14 days from the purchase. If more than 14 days have gone by since the day of your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, you must send an email to connect@adeshbhansali.com requesting a refund, including the reason of refund and a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
In case of digital products, the product may not be eligible for a refund. The discretion of refund lies with Adesh Bhansali.
In case of a physical product, if the refund is eligible, you will have to bear the cost of shipping to the address provided to you by Adesh Bhansali.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
