Currently heading Product Design at Loco. I take products from 0 to 1, scale the teams behind them and build cultures that last. 14 years shaping digital products across gaming, consumer tech, fintech and eCommerce.
At Loco I took the design team from 3 to 10, built three design systems across the viewer, streamer and operator platforms, and shipped 10+ major features from leaderboards to drops and battles. The big one: we redesigned the entire viewer platform in 30 days, work that directly supported multiple investment rounds, and followed it with the platform's first light mode 30 days later.
The best product experiences come from teams that think clearly, collaborate honestly and aren't afraid to play.
I'm super fortunate to have found a mentor and a friend in him. Adesh's understanding on the value of design gives us fresh perspectives to think from and implement in projects. I'm a Certified LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Facilitator. I use structured play to help teams surface what's hard to say out loud and align faster because of it. It sounds unconventional, but it works.
