Currently heading Product Design at Loco. I take products from 0 to 1, scale the teams behind them and build cultures that last. 14 years shaping digital products across gaming, consumer tech, fintech and eCommerce.
At Loco I took the design team from 3 to 10, built three design systems across the viewer, streamer and operator platforms, and shipped 10+ major features from leaderboards to drops and battles. The big one: we redesigned the entire viewer platform in 30 days, work that directly supported multiple investment rounds, and followed it with the platform's first light mode 30 days later.

I worked closely with Adesh at Loco, where he led design. The thing that always stood out to me was his design sense. He had a really good eye for UI/UX and genuinely cared about getting the experience right for users. He wasn't the type to settle for good enough, he'd keep pushing on a flow until it actually felt right. He was also very hands-on. He could jump in and execute detailed design work himself, and he got his team to deliver to the same standard. His capability as a designer was never in doubt, and a lot of Loco's product experience reflects that. Enjoyed working with him and happy to recommend him to any team that values strong design craft.
