Born and raised in Mumbai, I'm a design leader with 14 years of experience building 0 to 1 products, scaling design teams and shaping cultures where craft and clarity actually stick. I've worked across gaming, consumer tech, fintech and eCommerce, most recently heading Product Design at Loco.
I lead design across functions - working with product, engineering, business, brand and marketing to ship, not just to design. I care about how products work, how they scale and how design shapes the decisions that matter. I build teams to last: clear standards, honest critique and designers who own outcomes, not screens.
Developing people is the part of the job I take most personally. I stay close to each designer's growth - not as a process, but because I'm genuinely invested in it - helping them move from execution to ownership and building environments where that compounds. When someone I've coached starts leading their own room, that's the win I remember.
Outside of work I still build - I paint, build with LEGO and enjoy playing board games. I'm also a certified PADI Rescue Diver. The ocean is where I switch off.
I've also given talks and lectures on design, product and creative leadership at IIT Delhi, IIT Hyderabad, IIT Roorkee, Indian Institute of Science Bengaluru, BITS Pilani Goa, NYU Stern, RMIT University Vietnam, Masters' Union and ISDI, alongside design events across India.
